Why This Blog?

This blog is a place for me to rest my ideas and thoughts regarding Cyber Security or Software Development.

About Me

Well, I'm currently an Cyber Security Analyst with over 6 years experience in the field. I Recently completed my B.Sc in Computing, Major Information Technology and Minor in Enterprise Systems from the University of Technology, Jamaica. I also have about 7 years experience in Full Stack Development with different startups and as a freelancer.

I've been an active member of The Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers since 2014 where I joined the UTech Student Chapter and became Chair in 2017. During my time there I represented Jamaica and my school on the International Stage in Robotics, Software Competitions and Hackathons from 2015-2018. I was also able to be apart of a remote study and competition hosted by the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in Reverse Engineering and Offensive Security.

In the past I've been a volunteer for the Palisadoes Foundation where I was able to mentor some students like myself at the time in Open Source Development as a part of the Calico Initiative. In Addition to that I'm also a Sound Engineer at my church.

From day to day I try to gain more experience in network, web and mobile penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, social engineering, malware analysis, reverse engineering and threat hunting.
